Job Title:	Assistant, Customer Service, North & East China
Department/Dymax Groups:	Customer Service/General

Reports To:	Senior Manager, Operations, China
Summary Description:
Position Summary: Develops and maintains a global “Customer Intimacy” relationship with all customers of Dymax (internal and external) by providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. RESPONSIBILITY: - Reviews customer contract requirements , follows documented work instructions (provided) for necessary information before processing, and contacts customer if needed - Processes customers’ orders promptly and accurately by the end of day - Proofs all order entry documents and forwards order information to appropriate departments - Contacts customers promptly by phone and email on late shipments, back orders and order updates - Ability to multitask according to daily priorities - Forwards order confirmations and tracking information to customers in a timely basis - Forwards MSDS and PDS as required by the customer - Forwards literature requests to Sales Administration to be fulfilled. - Other duties as assigned to support the department - QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: College or Bachelor degree or above. EXPERIENCE/Skills: - Fresh graduates are also welcome. - Good people skills, Self-motivated, independent performer with communication /computer skills - Good communication skills in both written and verbal English. - Fluent in usage of Microsoft Office programs. - MNC experience is preferred - Experience with ERP is preferred.
