职位描述：
**Job Summar: **
- Responsible for quality system , in the process of physical quality and system quality control and improvement.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities: **
- Responsible for internal and external audits in line with current company audit requirements.
This may include ISO 9001/ PED/ATEX or other quality system
- Risk management within QMS.
- Responsible for satisfying quality requirements implementation under our license. Such as TSG certificate
- Monitor system procedures implementation in related departments
- Host customer survey or customer audit
- Customer Complaint Handling: Deal with customer complaint, information to drive multi Dept to do investigation and complete root cause analysis and corrective actions; Submit reports to customers until they are satisfied.
- Collect the information what the quality and process non-compliances in whole process, include internal findings and customer feedback, to make improvement action and follow up
- Other work assigned by quality manager

**Job Requirement: **
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or other applicable field.
- More than 5 years experiences in quality engineer and customer complaint handling experience.
- Familiar with ISO9001-2015
- Experience in TSG/ATEX/PED quality system is preferred
- Have good organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Analytical problem solving
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill. 举报 分享
