职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Assist the Associate Treasurer in all debt procurement activities;
2.Be responsible for the loan portfolio mainte***ce, including debt service, loan cove***ts compliance and reporting, etc.;
3.Be responsible for the regular Cash Management Report and assure healthy cash liquidity of each project and the East China Region;
4.Maintain and improve cash flow forecast models and assist the Associate Treasurer in analyzing and advising the cash movement and liquidity of the East China Region;
5.Be responsible for fi***cial modeling and analysis for treasury management purposes;
6.Assist the Associate Treasurer in asset valuation of the portfolio;
7.Assist the Associate Treasurer to mitigate the risk exposure to interest rate and foreign exchange rate fluctuation and recommend appropriate measures if necessary;
8.Keep abreast of the latest government policies related to fi***cial, banking and tax rules and regulations and highlight its impact to the Associate Treasurer;
9.Undertake any other duties that maybe required from time to time.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in fi***ce, accounting or related disciplines;
2.Experience in real estate industry is a must, at least 2 years working experiences in treasury/funding/corporate fi***ce;
3.Accounting background is preferred but not a must;
4.Excellent fi***cial modeling and analytical skills;
5.Proficient in MS Excel, excellent modeling skills ;
6.Excellent reporting and writing skills both in Chinese and English;
7.Good team-player and strong communication and interpersonal skills. 举报 分享
