职位描述：
Purpose of the Role:
Sales and account receivable related accounting activities. Other general ledger to meet fi***ce closing requirement and tax work.
销售及应收相关会计工作， 其它总帐及月结和报税工作。
Roles reporting to this one:

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
？ Book cash receipt entry for trade transactions in SAP. Confirm the goods release.
？ 记录贸易相关交易的收款凭证在SAP. 确认发货.
？ Adjust sales volume difference and selling expense accrual in SAP and other GL entries.
？ 调整销售发货差异和预提费用差异。 其它总帐调整分录。
？ Reconcile cash and non-cash accounts and follow up open items including i***entory, AR,AP.
？ 分析科目明细， 追踪未清事项， 包括库存，应收，应付。
？ Maintain fixed assets in system and monthly depreciation.
？ 维护系统中固定资产及折旧。
？ Issue VAT i***oices.
？ 开具增值税发票。
？ Prepare tax declaration for VAT, Income tax etc.
？ 纳税申报，包括增值税，企业所得税等。
？ Back up other function in fi***ce team.
？ 财务其它工作的替补.

Skills & Experience:
？ 3years+ working experience at general ledger in MNC
？ 3年以上跨国公司总账工作经验
？ Good verbal/written English communication
？ 良好的口头/书面英语沟通能力
？ Good at Excel, Word etc. Microsoft Office
？ 熟练Excel, Word微软系统
？ SAP experience preferred
？ SAP 经验优先。

Education:
？ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Fi***ce or relevant professional certification
