? To manage assigned customer quality issues and ensure they are resolved in an efficient & timely manner, ensure major customer complaints are resolved.
? To work with other departments to establish root cause & appropriate short/long term corrective actions;
? Rejects analysis coordination and analysis report ( or/and customer 8D report ) reparation; Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
? To conduct 0-km PPM and field PPM calculation, and coordinate 0km complaints between customers- and production sites;
? Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
? Lead for product/process change management.
? Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.
? Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
