职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、进行设计、完稿；
2、负责影视广告的创意工作；
3、协助领导团队完成创意设计任务；
4、协助进行提案；
5、与客户进行互动与沟通。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，视觉设计类相关专业毕业；
2、3年以上广告公司有商业整体创意与执行经验，具有深厚美术功底较强的手绘能力，良好的审美观和创新能力，优秀的创意设计能力；精通photoshop、illustrator等相关平面设计软件，通晓平面和影视拍摄流程。
3、精通photoshop、illustrator、indesign等相关平面设计软件，通晓3d与视频技术，熟悉材料与工艺；
4、有4A广告行业从业经验，服务过奢侈品或化妆品行业客户者优先；
5、有较强的学习能力和敬业精神，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
