职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、 编制运营支持部门的工作目标及计划，并分解落实。
2、 负责制定运营支持投诉受理规定标准并负责其监督与实施。
3、 负责培训运营支持部门的员工，提高其业务素质及服务水准。
4、 负责安排运营支持部门员工的班次，考勤和业绩考核工作。
5、 负责运营支持部门与其他部门的工作衔接和配合。
6、 负责定期对运营支持受理情况进行分析总结，并反馈至上级领导及各部门以便发现问题并予以解决。

任职要求：

1、 大专及以上学历，沟通能力强，思维敏捷，能承受一定的工作压力，可接受适当加班；
2、 必须有IT软件运维支持的从业经验；
3、 熟练掌握计算机软、硬件以及网络技术的基础知识，能够准确判客户需求；
4、 英语四级及以上听说读写流利，书面表达能力强，能与国外客服通过Email无障碍沟通；
5、 良好的耐心和责任心，较强的学习能力、应变能力，良好的团队合作精神；
6、 主动性强，较强的执行能力、条理性和时间管理能力；
7、 至少2年以上客服工作，1年以上团队管理经验；
