职位描述：

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要职责：

1.对库存进行及时的管理并保证库存数据的及时更新，与店经理沟通库存事宜；

Conduct i***entories on a timely basis/maintain updated i***entory records, and communicate i***entory issues/concerns to Store Manager.

2.及时并准确地完成所有店铺营运需要的文书工作；

Complete all paperwork procedures that are necessary for the Store’s function promptly and accurately;

3.根据品牌形象组织和检查货品的陈列和每季活动主题；

Set-up and review merchandising presentations and animation’s that adhere to and enhance the band image;

4.确保店铺人员的工作环境安全良好, 确保公司财物和设备的安全；

Ensure the store working e***ironment is safe and good; and ensure the security of property, equipment;

5.按照公司的统一标准，督导全体店铺员工保持良好的形象并提供优质服务；

Monitoring that Customer Services provided by the section staff fits the company standards;

6.管理员工排班，出勤和休假安排；

In charge of staff scheduling, attendance and vacations;

7.培训店铺员工关于产品知识、服务流程、英语及电脑系统方面的操作技能；

Train store staff about product knowledge, service process, English langue and computer system;

8.完成上级安排的其他工作。

Complete other works assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENT:
职位要求：

1.大专以上学历，酒店、酒店管理等相关专业；

College degree or above, major in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related discipline;

2.同等岗位3年以上管理经验，有餐饮行业工作经验，有奢侈品行业经验者优先；

More than 3 years of management experience in a similar role is required, experience of the F&B industry, ideally experience of the luxury goods industry;

3.较强的组织和人员管理能力，能在压力下工作，适应能力强；

Strong organizational and people management skills, able to work under pressure and adaptable;

4.能够在各层次建立良好的业务关系；

Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels;

5.优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
