岗位职责:

1.办理银行存款、取款、转帐等结算业务；

2.根据已审批的付款申请填制银行付款凭证；

3.审核费用报销、借支等单据，并办理报销结算；

4.妥善保管现金、银行票据等重要凭证；

5.记录现金、银行日记帐，录入费用类记帐凭证；

6.定期盘点现金，核对银行余额，并制作银行余额调节表；

7.完成上级交办的其他事务。

人员要求：

1.会计或财务专业专科或以上学历；

2.具有4年或以上相关工作经验，有外资房地产公司工作经验者优先；

3.必须持有会计上岗证；

4.熟悉日常公司现金操作流程；

5.工作认真细心，并且对数字具有高敏感度；

6.具基本英语沟通技能；

7.熟练运用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）
