职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1.Leading production team to achieve defined performance targets incl. timely reporting.
  带领生产团队达到既定的绩效目标，需及时汇报
2.Define, review and update development plans of production staff.
  定义、审查并更新生产员工的发展计划
3.Define and review performance and personnel targets of production staff
  定义并审查生产员工的绩效及员工目标
4.Continuous optimization of production process and supportive processes.
  不断优化生产流程和相关辅助流程
5.Prepare and organize production part of customer and system audits
  准备安排客户和系统审核中生产相关部分
6.Leading new project activities in production and communicating them with customer
  领导新项目在生产区域的活动并与客户沟通
7.Leading problem solving for customer complaints and major internal deviations
  领导客户投诉及重大内部问题的解决
8.Compile budget planning for production, including i***estment and personnel planning
  制定生产预算计划，包括生产投入和人员计划
9.Close internal cooperation with the Manager Operations
  需与运营经理作紧密合作

Requirements:
1.Technical college diploma or above
  技术类专科以上学历
2.Minimally 4 years professional experience in operations or production management in automotive industry with min. 50 operators
  至少4年汽车制造行业运营或生产管理经验（公司规模多于50名操作工）
3.Excellence in building teams based on open communication, trust, constructive conflict resolution
  卓越的团队建设能力，营造公开沟通、彼此信任、建设性冲突解决的环境
4. In-depth knowledge of 5S, VSM, JIT, SMED and problem solving
  掌握5S、VSM、JIT、SMED和问题解决等工具
5.Expertize on quality system and customer quality requirements
  熟悉质量体系和客户质量需求
6.Leadership skill, Social competence, motivation, teaching
  领导技能、社交技能、积极教学的工作态度
7.Networking ability, Mastering SAP, PDM, MS-Office applications
  熟练使用计算机，掌握SAP, PDM, MS-Office等软件
8.Excellent command of the English language
  英语熟练
9.Gap/deviation sensibility
  善于发现问题
