Responsibility
？ Responsible for document management, office supplies management, fixed assets management
负责公司文档管理、办公用品管理、固定资产管理；
？ Responsible for employee attendance and company system supervision
负责员工考勤及公司制度监督；
？ Responsible for cash flow, and expenses etc.
负责办公室的现金管理及员工费用报销等；
？ Responsible for arranging the business trip and controlling the travel expenses
        负责组织安排工程师出差行程和控制出差费用
？ Must give report every week to shanghai company of all her work and all what is happening in the office
       每周必须向上海公司汇报工作情况

 Requirement
？ Proficient in office software
办公软件应用熟练 ；
？ Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work，the level of writing
具有较强的工作责任心和应变能力，有文字写作水平；
？ Have some knowledge of HR, Financial, Tax, Customs etc.
具有一些人事管理知识，财务知识，税务知识，进出口业务等；
？ High proficiency in English
