职位描述：
? Implement, improve and maintain the AWP Division E***ironmental Management System (GEMS), Accident Prevention Programs and Terex HSE Road Maps to minimize and eliminate e***ironmental and safety risks and occupational hazards associated with work practices.
? Develop the site strategy to continuously improve the Safety, Heathy and E***ironment.
? Proactively manage Terex AWP relationships with local governments and the community at large.
? Prepare recommendations to optimize processes with e***ironmental impacts, especially those i***olving aqueous or air discharges.
? Proactively identify risks to the e***ironment, prioritize and mitigate as needed
? Analyzes and evaluates current safety programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet all local, state, and national regulatory Requirements.
? Establishes safety monitoring and occupational health monitoring programs to ensure all activities meet established Requirements. Establishes and maintains plant records for occupational and e***ironmental health and safety including documentation on training and certifications.
? Performs periodic safety inspections and compliance audits.
? Establishes standards and methods of measuring e***ironmental, health, and safety performance.
? Assesses training needs related to safety and occupational health and ensures all employees receive the necessary training to perform work in a safe and legal manner. Coordinates and/or administers training. Ensures that all team members are aware of their e***ironmental, health, and safety responsibilities.
? Prepares reports including observations, analysis of contami***ts, and recommendations for correction. Establishes and maintains effective accident and incident reporting system for all employees.
? I***estigates the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting and other conditions affecting the health, comfort, efficiency of Team Members.
? Conducts evaluations of exposure to noise, particles, gases, fumes etc. and recommends measures to ensure maximum employee protection.
? I***estigates accidents and incidents to determine the cause and recommends changes to work practices or equipment to minimize or eliminate future safety risks.
? Provide education and technical assistance to the process design team to ensure development of safe, low ergonomic risk work.
? Work with management team to develop safety & health leadership expectations for Managers, Supervisors & Team Leads. Support the development of safety, technical, and operational TM’s to ensure they understand their role and Requirements for HS&E compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial hygiene, safety, e***ironmental health or equivalent.
? Minimum of 8 years work experience in E***ironmental and Safety operations.
? Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
? Strong quantitative and analytical capability.
? Strong personality with can-do attitude to lead, influence and hold team accountable
? Self-motivation on continuous improvement
? Thorough regulatory knowledge (thorough knowledge of e***ironmental laws, transportation, health & safety regulations), experience with behavior based safety and ergonomics preferred.
? Project management experience
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office. Should be familiar with standard laboratory procedures and scientific instruments. 举报 分享
