职位描述：
Acquires job skills and becomes familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routing assignments/tasks. Basic understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Allocates own time efficiently as detailed by supervisor. Develop and help improve the existing product line and assist in developing future product designs and concepts.
A versatile team player who will work closely with product development team and collaborate with Product Development Manager to create innovative products that uphold our brand standards aligned with our product strategies addressing global and regional needs while achieving the budgeted retail sales, cost of sales and inventory goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the conceptual development of all product lines
2. Assist in the responsibility for the product development process sketching, specs, build process and execution.
3. Assist in coordination of all suppliers and partners in product development and production
4. Assist in quality checks and production process
5. Working with local team on the projects and general tasks in close collaboration with Design Office.
6. Assist in creating simple technical solutions, or build concepts for unique products
7. Working remotely via telephone, email, e-chat, etc. to respond to inquiries from the Design office and other sales representatives.
8. Respond to questions and inquiries regarding our products to our sales representatives, Designers and suppliers to clarify and inform of the details and nuances.
9. Work closely with Team Leader and other teams

Education and Experience Required:
1. A Degree in Industrial Design field or similar, with 1-2 year experience.
2. Working experience in Design field from production and detail stand point is a plus


Knowledge and Skills:
1. Good and free English skills
2. Chinese person with excellent oral and writing Chinese skill
3. Computer proficiency with applicable software applications (for example Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up).
4. Demonstrated knowledge of problem solving skills.
5. Accuracy in details and quality checks
6. Excellent fluency in language to be supported. (English, Spanish, French,.
