职位描述：

For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a New product Introduction Engineer/新产品导入工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Plan and setup of the product introduction project including project schedule, i***estment, budget. Planning the project working package with sub-project mangers. Project Implementation reporting , meeting and regular project meeting with project partner.产品介绍项目的计划和设置包括项目进度、投资、预算。计划子项目经理的项目工作包。项目实施报告、会议和定期项目会议与项目合作伙伴。

2. Monitoring and track product introduction project status: Project Volume change notification

Project schedule deviation tracking as well as escalation.

Responsible for the project related decisions in cooperation with line organisation and overlayed management监控和跟踪产品介绍项目状态:项目体积变化通知项目进度偏差跟踪以及升级。负责项目相关决策与线合作组织和管理功能

3. Prepare the regular production project round table meeting with SSML related Top management. Report project status, potential risks to related SSML Top management during project round table meeting to find solution together to reduce the project risk. 准备定期与SSML生产项目圆桌会议相关的高层管理人员。报告项目状态,潜在风险相关SSML高层管理项目圆桌会议期间共同找到解决方案来减少项目风险。

4. Coordinating trouble shooting meeting (e.g. production stop which will cause product delivery stop)协调会议故障(如生产停止,将导致产品交付停止)

5. Bring all new product introduction in time to fulfill SSML overall project target将所有新产品介绍及时履行SSML整个项目目标

What do I need to qualify for this job?

熟悉电机产品的原理/Be familiar with motor principium

熟悉电机制造流程和制造工艺/Be familiar with motor manufacture procedure and manufacture techniques

精益生产的相关知识/Lean production know how

Team coordination/leading skill and people management skill,团队协作/领导技能和人员管理技能

project management skills/项目管理相关知识

What else do I need to know?

More than 3 years working experiences with mechanical design, manufacturing process of Motors

3年以上机械设计或电机制造过程工作经验

Be able to use English in working ,be communication with Siemens colleague 能运用英语进行工作交流
