职位描述：
- Revenue Growth Responsibility: Achieving overall sales and traffic growth target through effective marketing strategy and promotional calendar planning.
- New Business Model Leadership: Lead cross functional team on new concept/new model initiative to successful market pilot and opening to prove new business opportunities for expansion.
- Consumer and Business Insights: Utilizing data and research to derive consumer insights and business opportunities to drive revenue, traffic and customer loyalty.
- Branding Development and Management: Crystalize Outback brand positioning through effective online and offline creative development and refinement on all consumer touchpoints.
- Marketing Calendar Planning and Execution Leadership: Applying insights, develop annual marketing strategy, priorities and calendars. Lead the teams for success execution that reach or exceed revenue and traffic growth targets.
- Menu Management and Product Innovation: Partner with R&D team to drive menu management and innovation effort on both food and beverage to strengthen daypart appeal and brand relevance.
- Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement via online and offline media and activities to break through clutters and build brand awareness and guest engagement.
