职位描述：
Job Requirement:

1. Degree or diploma in event management, project management, hospitality, or related discipline

2. 1+ cumulative years of experience in project planning, event management, event execution, sourcing, and/or hospitality 

3. Good communication skills written and oral, ability to negotiate and/or streamline costs, ability to work in teams and independently, and good attitude is required

4. Understands how to use Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

5. Native Chinese speaker with a strong command of English

6. Self-starter that takes initiative to improve processes and create new ones for the overall benefit of the company 


Job Description:

1.Communicating daily with the project team on upcoming events and working with other teams for fully integrated projects

2.Sourcing products and vendors for events and communicating with third parties on behalf of the client

3.Finding and connecting with potential venues and partners for future collaboration 

4.Controlling third party costs within a specific budget and managing payments for all third parties 

5.Regularly updating supervisor with project progress and informing team of procurement, vendor, and third party requirements, deadlines, and costs 

6.Participating in the continuous knowledge share by providing own ideas for training topics, writing industry articles for publication, and sharing insight with the company 举报 分享
