Job Responsibilities:
1), Continually develop strong relationships with existing key accounts, together with generating new business with a high standard of customer service;
2), Coordinate internally and externally for all services for key accounts assigned to maximize the customer satisfaction;
3), Be responsible for organizing internal resources to make proposal and quotation to customers;
4), Identify, develop and win new business with potential customers;
5), Responsible for order forecast with key accounts and provide analysis on fluctuation;
6), Collect information from the market on competitors/pricing and current and potential needs, contributing to the definition of the product strategy;
7), Provide monthly report and regularly review on new opportunities;
8), Responsible for maintaining updating customer records, communication and commercial offers on Salesforce (the CRM system).
9), Other assignments from Line manager.
Job Requirements:
1), Bachelor degree or above;
2), Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the railway or hydraulic related industries;
3), Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4), Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible with team work spirit
5), Be willing to travel
6), Have a strong sense of customer intimacy
7), A good command of oral and written English.
