职位描述：
1. 负责日常的进出口工作的进行和控制， 包含海运，空运， 火车一起其他特殊的运输方式。
2. 进出口操作以及海关事务，例如： 清关文件的准备，产品税则归类，配合代理清关，相关文件的处理和归档，申办原产地证等。
3. 监督和管理各物流供应商的KPI报告，物流服务水平，监督并确保各物流服务商的服务符合公司相关的贸易合规规定以及政府部门的相关法律。
4. 配合财务部门对进口税费的预估和支付工作， 对相关物流费用统计和分析， 提供财务需求的物流文件和信息，并建立完善的进出口数据库。
5. 对公司内各部门以及外部供应商政府部门等有良好的合作和沟通能力。
6. 能有效控制相关物流费用，完成各类进出口及国际运输的费用分析报告。
7. 完成其他物流经理及主管交付的工作。

职位要求：
1. 物流及国际贸易专业全日制大专及以上。
2. 优秀的英语能力（口语和书写）。
3. 对于在贸易公司的进出口操作，报关流程，相关海关/商检法规等掌握专业的知识和经验。熟悉国际贸易中的货运代理操作流程，贸易条款，运费等相关内容。
4. 有优秀的办公软件技能，尤其是Excel。
5. 3年或以上的进出口贸易，报关及相关物流工作经验。
6. 有良好的团队合作能力，积极主动，灵活，愿意承担额外的责任。 有一定的抗压能力，能够独立自主的完成工作。

1. Daily import, export control and follow up, including transportation by air, by sea，by Train and by land via various ports;
2. Import/export operation support, Responsible for Customs affairs. such as declared information preparation, HS code classification, customs clearance, documents collection and archive, country of original application etc.
3. Managing & controlling the KPI performance of service partners, Monitor the services of Customs Brokers and oversight of Export Agents to ensure compliance with company policy and any applicable government laws or regulations.
4. Import tariff & VAT payment forecast preparation for finance department, Import and export cost calculation. Coordinate relative import documents and update in I&E database.
5. Good communication and cooperation with internal relevant functions and external service partners;
6. Import/export and other logistic reports and analysis. Freight cost analysis and control.
7. Other tasks required by Logistic manager or Logistic supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Majored in Logistic or international trade. Associate degree or above.
2. Excellent English in written and oral.
3. Acquiring the professional knowledge related to import and export, be familiar with the customs clearance、inspection procedure at the Trading Company, and the law of customs and CIQ. Attending the import and export consignment and payment verification is preferred.
Familiar with international air-freight, sea-freight Inco terms, freight cost, and other related issues.
4. Excellent MS Office skill, especial in Excel.
5. above three years experiences in import & export, logistic, trade field.
