职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.深度掌握公司各类游戏的产品知识和玩法；
2.通过线上指导，组织玩家活动、活跃玩家气氛等与用户建立联系；
3.对VIP级别的玩家进行差异化服务，答疑解惑，长期维系与玩家的关系；
4.引导游戏内用户发展方向，发现、挖掘、维护具潜力用户，合理制定维系和引导方案；
5.负责帮助用户进行理财指导和消费引导，完成KPI；
6.协助运营进行用户问题收集与反馈。
 
任职要求：
1. 热爱游戏，熟悉多种平台、类型的游戏，可以快速上手游戏并找到核心玩法；
2. 对游戏玩家有深入了解，能探析玩家的心理想法，快速理解用户需求；
3. 有良好的沟通协调与团队协作能力能够独立思考问题，创新意识、应变能力强；
4.能承受较强的工作压力，有强烈的责任感，服从上级安排，并有团队合作意识；
5. 有游戏公会会长、论坛版主、游戏客服、GS经验者优先。 举报 分享
