职位描述：
一、任职要求 （QUALIFICATIONS ）
  1.3-5years exp with production or process in chemical industry
     3-5年化工行业的生产或工艺经验
  2.Familiar with PUR production and process control。
     熟悉PUR生产及工艺控制
  3.Good logical and communication skills
    良好的逻辑及沟通能力
 4.Good date analysis and problems solving skills
   良好的数据分析及问题解决能力

二、工作职责（Job responsibility）
1.Develop or update the SOP, WI, PI and related production management document.
建立和更新SOP, WI, PI以及相关的生产管理文件
2.Carry out OPL and 5S.执行一点课及5S
3.Get and transfer information to shift team, and communicate with production manager.
获取和传递信息给轮班班组，及时和生产经理沟通
4.Lead the morning meeting of shift team and raise team capacity of trouble shooting.
领导班组会议提升解决问题的能力
5.Routine check on the operator’s job and give the guidance and help to operators.
对操作员工的工作进行日常检查并给出指导和帮助
6.Working with master planner for daily production plan execution.和计划员合作，保证日常生产计划执行
7.Working with Maintenance supervisor for the routine PM, PPM and repair work arrangement.
和设备主管合作及维修工作安排。
8.Shift team management.班组管理
9.SAP system support and maintenance SAP系统的支持和维护
10.Production training program initial and implement 生产培训计划的制定和执行
11.System owner during Test and commissioning 对生产测试和试车负责
12.Working as one of MOC sponsor 作为MOC的发起人
13.PHA team member accordingly 作为PHA团队成员
14.Be responsible for confirming and approval department attendance record
15.Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
16.Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出o 举报 分享
