Responsibilities:
1. Reporting
Monthly closing and reporting, quarterly forecast, yearly budget, in order to optimize the fi***cial results (profit, cash flow).
2. Fi***cial Data
Prepare, produce, analyze, co-ordinate, follow-up fi***cial data, relating to the production process, make recommendations in order to assist the Management Team in taking decisions, in order to minimize fi***cial risks and to maximize opportunities.
3. Fi***cial standards & processes
Adapt fi***cial standards & processes and define and implement on-line accounting software systems (ERP, Exact). Ensure that fi***cial information is compliant with (inter)national standards. Ensure the reliability of the information / data.
4. Fiscal and Legal Compliance
Ensure compliance to the legislation (fiscal, accounting) in order to minimize any potential risk.
5. Business Analysis
Cost analysis, production cost optimization, analyze the activity of the factory, observe and correct discrepancies. Follow up action plans.
6. Supervising the local Fi***ce Team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferable in fi***ce and accounting, etc, with qualified level accounting certification.
2. Speak English and Chinese fluently.
3. Above 3 years working experience in fi***ce/accounting dept. or other similar positions, and familiar with the basic fi***ce flow of Non-tax-resident Enterprises.
4. Master new accounting standards and tax law.
5. Strong analytical skills, communication skills, writing skills, organizational skills and learning ability.
6. Integrity, rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility.
7. Keep work confidentially.
8. Experience with ERP Accounting Software/SAP is required.
