MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责
?Review payment voucher and insure Internal Control compliance ，make expense accruals; ensure all expenses are booked timely and accurately.
负责应付账款的审核，确保内部财务控制制度的执行，做费用的预估，确保所有费用按时准确入账
?In charge of bank payment and overseas payment, voucher filing
负责银行付款及境外付汇，凭证的归档
?Prepare monthly AP aging report and analysis.
负责每月付款账龄分析表，
?In charge of vendor file mainte***ce. Ensure approved vendor creation form is submitted prior to creating new vendor.
负责供应商档案的建立及归档，确保每一个供应商的建立都有被批准的建立申请表
?In charge of monthly tax filing and maintain relationship with bank and tax bureau
负责每月的报税并建立与银行及税务局的良好沟通
?Issue i***oice on time and responsible for i***oice management
每月及时开具发票并且做好发票管理
?In charge of contract management
负责合同的管理
?Fix assets counting
固定资产盘点
?Complete other duties assigned by manager.
完成上级领导安排的其他工作事宜

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED 学历，经验及技术要求
Education学历： University graduate or above大学本科及以上
Language语言要求：Good command in written and spoken English 英语口语书写流利
Professional experience 专业要求：Minimum 2-year experience with Accounts Payable 至少2年以上应付会计经验，有报税的经验
Experience in taxation/Experiences in advertising agency is a plus 有广告代理／媒体财务工作经验者为佳。

Technical & management skills技能要求：
Microsoft Office (strong excel skills), ERP system experience, set up system experience also a plus
熟悉运用Office软件，较强的Excel技能，有ERP系统的操作经验，有系统设立经验者优先考虑
Personal & Interpersonal skills个人要求：
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
较强的人际沟通能力，出色的问题解决及分析能力
Able to work independently and flexibly to accommodate changing business needs.
能独立完成工作并且适应公司业务的拓展
Able to work across functions.
