CIRCUTOR International Sales Division has an opening for:
PRC (People’s Republic of China) Sales Country Director
Location: Shanghai
The China Sales Director will be responsible for preparing and leading sales
strategy of all associated CIRCUTOR product, CIRCUTOR systems and service
portfolio as well as the channel partner(s) organization in the country. He will be
reporting to the ASIA Sales Manager within International Sales Organization with
Headquarters in Barcelona (SPAIN).
Essential Functions:
? Acting as the sales leader for all products in strategy market channels such
as electrical contractors, panel builders, electrical distributors.
? Prescribing premium segment solutions in leading Engineering companies
and Consultants
? Collecting market information with regular visits to channel partners &
distributors in the different areas of the region
? Take an active part in the decision making process related with the launch
of new products and activity of the company
? Preparing the Sales conditions and strategy for the regular and potential
customers preserving the interests of the company
? To provide technical support to customers and lead training events and
seminars for them.
? Meeting projected sales targets
? Organising and leading promotional documents with the team.
Qualifications:
? Technical background, business administration would be a plus.
? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Electrical Engineering or
Automation, and Power Quality knowledge would be a plus.
? Knowledge of targeted customers (engineering, consultants, OEM’s, panel
builders, ESCO’s) and competitors in the market (3-5 years’ experience
would be desired)
? To be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
? Ability to communicate effectively with customers as well as internally
within Chinese Sales Team, and International Sales organization
? Travelling frequently (60-80%) with full dedication on demand.
Occasionally travelling to Spain or internationally would be required.
? To have a high customer orientation and the ability to obtain knowledge
about pricing activities, market strategies and product launches in the local
market
