职位描述：
STAKES & OBJECTIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT
The Operations are in charge of overseeing, designing, and controlling the process of production and business operations in the production of services or goods. It i***olves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.
For Sodexo Benefits and Rewards China, that covers: Cards production, Cards delivery, POS terminals support to the Affiliation and Sales teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist Operation Director to oversee the activities of the Cards Production & Logistics team. Operate team in order to run smoothly and keep improving processes. Including and not limited to: Administration / Performance evaluation / internal (and external) customer support / drafting processes and implementation of policies / budgets follow-up
2. Assist in liaison with suppliers (Card machine, card bureau, courier supplier, etc.), monitor & ensure their service quality, responsible for the Sodexo cards status and evaluation in Shanghai
3. Assist in daily interaction with the company’s other departments, keep improving the internal and external satisfaction of Cards Service Delivery.
4. Responsible for various card and non-cards products stock management & to secure the stock risks level
5. Overview production projects and follow up, lead projects on right track & find hidden problem / root cause and provide solutions.
6. Responsible for annual / monthly / weekly production planning
7. Relatively report provided and analysis, stock, production status, logistics, etc.
8. Backup team member when necessary
9. Other card production daily tasks as assigned by company
 Requirements:
1. University degree or above, with engineering background or science background
2. 5+ related working experience in a JV, experience in prepaid card / logistics / relatively company would be a plus
3. Able to multitask with ease, proficient at prioritizing, planning, committing to results, delivering according to planning and reporting. Focused on quality and operational excellence. High integrity and loyalty. Willing to learn and improve processes.
4. Organized, team player, strong motivation to improve processes, high integrity
5. The applicant must work well in a team setting, be competitive, organized, goal oriented, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and enjoy working in a fast paced e***ironment.
6. Communication, computer and phone skills, and the art of persuasion are essential.
7. Basic knowledge of Excel / Word a must.
8. Good oral and writing skills (Chinese). English speaking a plus.
9. Working hour can be flexible during peak season
