THE POSITION: MECHANICAL ENGINNER

RESPONSIBILITIES
职责

? Review customer specification, and related information to ensure scope of supply meets the customer's requirements
审核客户订货技术规格和相关信息，确保供货范围满足客户的要求
? Translate the customer specification into mechanical requirements and define the job to Production in clear and understandable terms in the form of engineering releases
将客户订货规格转化为机械设计需求，并以清晰易懂的工程文件形式定义生产所需规格
? Perform engineering design as required for the creation of new parts and assemblies and the improvement of existing parts
根据订单要求，进行新零件和装配图工程设计，并改进现有零件的设计
? Work with manufacturing personnel to insure manufacturability and to resolve fabrication and assembly difficulties
与制造人员合作，确保可制造性，解决制造和装配过程中的技术问题
? Work with purchasing personnel and vendors on purchased components availability and help to resolve difficulties
与采购人员和供应商一起参与采购件的可得性，并帮助解决技术问题
? Create and maintain necessary drawings/BOMs per established guidelines
基于已制定的准则建立并维护所需的图纸和材料清单
? Furnish drawings and customer manuals to customer as requested on project recaps
根据项目摘要信息提供客户要求的图纸和用户手册
? Participate in customer meetings and material test, as required
根据需求参与客户技术和物料测试讨论
? Participate in start-up or service calls at customer location as required
根据需求向客户现场的调试或服务提供支持

? Skills
技能
- Strong background in machining, welding, casting.
具有机加工，焊接，铸造背景
- Familiar with AutoCAD and one of 3D software. Inventor is preferable.
熟悉AutoCAD和一种3D软件。Inventor更佳。
- knowledge of mechanical Norms and safety standards.
熟悉机械规范和安全标准
- Ability to read, interpret and develop documents such as customer specifications, technical drawings, spare parts lists.
能阅读，理解和编制文件如客户订货规格书、技术图纸、备件清单
- Fluent English both in Written & Oral.
英语听说读写流利
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented
有进取心，有条理,注重细节
- Good interpersonal and communications skills; must be a team player
良好的人际沟通能力，必须具备团队合作精神

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
