工作内容：
？准备市场调研报告
？进行公司市场定位调研
？搜集竞争对手公司情报，分析其定价、销售状况以及营销策略
？搜集并分析目标客户人群特征、喜好、需求以及购买习惯，总结目标市场定位以及影响购买需求的因素
？评估市场营销策略、广告传播策略效果

职位要求：
？市场营销专业本科学历及以上
？在房地产或相关行业拥有至少1年的工作经验
？能够接受工作地点在马来西亚兰卡威
？能够接受出差以及工作地点的调动
？能够独立积极地工作
？拥有良好的人际沟通和团队协作能力
？精通中文，英文程度良好

Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports or findings, illustrating data graphically, and translating complex findings into written text
- Seek and provide information to help Company determine their position in the marketplace
- Gather competitor’s data and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
- Collect and analyze data on customers’ demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies

Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field
- Will be work in Langkawi, Malaysia
- Willing to travel and relocate
- Independent and a Go-getter attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese and in English 举报 分享
