Job Description:

1. Prepare inquiry to principals via Sales Assistant
2. Sign Technical Agreement with Shipyards / Customers and transfer to principals via Head of Sales Logistics
3. Submit technical and commercial quotation to customer and negotiate until order placement.
4. Prepare project result reports.
5. Prepare order documents for signature by BVI / principal.
6. Visit Customers regularly for active market observation. Establish and maintain long-term relationship with customer.
7. Manage Sales Force of 5-10 Persons.
8. Give regular detailed and exact input for project list to Sales Assistant.
9. Actively acquire new customers.
10. Unpacking of shipment if necessary.
11. Train, Support and Assist other members of the sales team on request.
12. Any other duty required to ensure the Company operates most efficient.

Requirements:
-Degree in Material / M&E Engineering or relevant.
-5+ years relevant sales high level experiences in multi-national company in the Field of products for shipbuilding and / or Industries i.e. Automotive, Water-treatment, Steel Mill, Power Plants.
-Good communication skill in both oral & written English.
-Familiar with office software, incl. word, excel & ppt, etc.
-Good sales and presentation skill.-Flexible, communicative and team player.
-Willing to face challenge, proactive and self-driven.
-Customer-oriented and reliable.-Frequent travel around mainland China.
-Prepared to work under pressure and on irregular hours.
