职位描述：
REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree. With 1-2 years purchasing/logistic experience in mass production company.
2. Can effectively using MRP system.
3. Familiar with import/export process, knowledge of customs handbook management.
4. Experience of production planning and warehouse management is a plus.
5. Results focused, self management, and could work under pressure.
6. Good interpersonal skills, develop work ethics consisting of integrity & confidential.
7. Good knowledge of excel and able to use excel function to analysis the data.
8. Familiar with the material character and price, have a stronger sense of cost control and negotiation skills.
9. Fluent in writing, reading and spoken English.


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Prepares and issues purchase orders base on MRP system requirement & production capability. Keep suitable i***entory in warehouse.
2. To track and monitor supplier delivery performance including quality, cost, lead time and service. Make sure parts available on time and in a cost effective way.
3. Timely communicate with corporate purchasing team and suppliers to solve forecast fluctuation and materials shortage problem.
4. Maintains purchase order information system. Resolves general discrepancies i***olving payment, quality issue, and contract and purchase order differences.
5. Prepare payment documents, make sure payment done before due date.
6. Work with strategic purchasing for contract negotiations and cost down review.
7. Support logistic related activities, like import/export handling, handbook preparation and maintain, etc.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. Lean supply chain and Kaizen/5S program driving on responsible functions. 举报 分享
