职位描述：

1. Identifying potential suppliers, placing inquiries in accordance to the required specifications, prepare a price comparison for the requesting department and negotiate prices, contract terms and delivery times.
开发潜在供应商，跟据不同需求按排订单，比价，议价，准备合同条款，供货时间。

2. Placing of Purchase Orders with the suppliers, inform the requesting department about estimated delivery date and monitor the delivery times.
向供应商下订单，通知请购单位预计的供货时间，并对供货时间进行追踪。

3. Receive Delivery notes, compare delivered items with ordered items, receive and check invoices and advise payment.
接收供货单，与订单进行比较。接收发票并确认，申请报帐。

4. Sourcing of new suppliers to increase the supplier network, to assure independence from one supplier and to achieve a reduction of material costs.
开发新供应商以加大供应商网络，减少对某个供应商的依赖性及达到降低材料成本的目的。

5. Improve and maintain long-term suppliers with emphasis on quality, price and reliability through testing of samples and quality audits.
通过样品测试与品质稽查对品质过关，价格合理，值得信赖的供应商进行发展与维护工作。

6. Constantly check stock levels to assure permanent availability of production material.
经常性核对库存状况，确保生产材料维持合理库存，不断料。

7. Do the supplier assessment and cost analysis according to the actually conditions to assure get the good supplier and reasonable ,competitive price.

根据实际运作情况，作供应商评核以及采购分析，确保优质的供应商，以及合理且有竟争力的价格。

8. Check for and attend supplier exhibitions and trade conferences to get information about new suppliers and the market.
观注出席供应商展会或展交会，了解最新供应商资询及市场行情。

9. Finish the task that signed by the leader

完成上级安排的工作。

Qualifications Request 任职要求:

1. University degree or above, major in engineering , mechanical or related.
大专或以上学历，机械、工程或相关专业；

2. Technical understanding in reading blueprints and discussing technical terms and specifications with suppliers.

能读懂图纸，可以与供应商沟通技术问题等。

3. 2+ years working experience in purchasing and supplier selection and management. Raw material buying experience needed.

2年以上相关采购与供应商开发管理工作经验。有原材料采购经验

4. Proactive, responsible, good work management skill and can work independently.

工作积极主动，有责任心，良好的工作管理技能，并能独立工作。

5. Flexible to adapt to different project, requirements and environments.

灵活性，可以适应不同的项目、要求和环境。

6. Good social and communication skills as well as negotiation experiences.

良好的社会沟通技巧和谈判经验。

7. A good team player.

8. Good at communication of both written and spoken English.
