Objective of the job:
The After Sales Finance Manager is the key partner to for both APAC aftersales Controller as well as the APAC aftersales VP, Business Directors to provide finance controlling for key Legal Entities and overall APAC Mopar Organization. The key responsibilities include: 1) Alfa China Parts & Services Finance controlling, 2) Mopar (Shanghai) Auto Parts Trading Co., Ltd (ECC) Finance controlling, 3) APAC Service Contract Finance Controlling, 4) APAC New Vehicle Launches, 5) APAC MOPAR Finance Controlling

Major tasks and responsibilities:

1. Alfa China Parts & Services Finance controlling
- Alfa China finance manager need to work closely with business director and operations partners to support the financial analysis and build up business plan together;
- He or She will be lead the month end closing, forecasting and reporting activities and provide variance analysis for management decisions;
- He or She need to set up pricing methodology and support the parts pricing setup
- He or She need to work with ICT and business team to support the ERP system implementations from Finance side;
- He or She need to provide the cost controlling for Parts operations including review all the purchase request and approving the cost items;
- He or She need to support the Business Development cases including providing the financial analysis, review the related contracts and decide the future financial flow;

2. Mopar (Shanghai) Auto Parts Trading Co., Ltd (ECC) Finance controlling
- The ECC Finance manager will be responsible for ECC Legal Entity financial controlling and work closely with business director and operations partners to support the financial analysis and build up business plan together;
- He or She will be lead the month end closing, forecasting and reporting activities and provide variance analysis for management decisions;
- He or She need to review Pricing (Price simulation/strategy to P&L impact)
- He or She need to work with ICT and business team to support the ERP system implementations from Finance side;
- He or She need to provide the cost controlling for Parts operations including review all the purchase request and approving the cost items;
- He or She need to define UE method and process;
- He or she need to work with operation side to define process without compliance;

3. APAC Service Contract Finance Controlling
- The Finance manager will work closely with the related business person to build up and review the business case for new service contracts product launches in the APAC;
- He or She should work with ICT and business team to define finance flow design and system implement in APAC;
- He or She need to provide financials reports and analysis for the service contracts P&L;

4. APAC New Vehicle Launches
- He or She need to work with operational counter parties to support the business case and review the financial results.
- He or She need to work with ICT and operations to define System/business flow design & support
- He or She need to provide P&L, transfer price alignment with Tax, Global
- He or She need to provide Group reporting, UE calculation, etc.

5. FCA APAC Parts & Services Finance Managing
- He or she need to work with Mopar APAC VP on different initiatives and controlling and budgeting the base cost

Candidate Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor in Accounting/Finance is preferred
? Experience: 5+ years controlling working experience, of which Finance management experience is much preferred; 2+ accounting or auditing experience is preferred
? Language skills: fluent in oral English is required
?Skills & Competence:
1. Proficiency in MS applications, particularly MS Excel
2. Knowledge in SAP is preferred
3. Solid accounting and finance knowledge, business acumen
4. Strong communication skills and ability to generate trust and respect of business partners and supervisors
