1. 确定客户需求，为客户准备合同及安排订货；
Make sure of the customer’s need, prepare the contract of the customer and arrange the purchase request;
2. 出库及发货安排；
Inform about the stock out and delivery;
3. 客户投诉追踪处理与反馈；
Follow up the customer claim, feedback to the customer on time;
4. 相关报表准备；
Prepare the related reports;
5. 办公室行政事务安排；
Office administrative tasks;
6. 协助同事的语言沟通；
Help with the English communication for the colleagues
7. 其他总经理交办的事务
Any other assignments given or ordered by GM

职位要求Job requirements
1. 大专以上学历，英文六级以上水平；
College degree or above, CET 6 or above for English skills;
2. 能够适应快节奏的工作氛围并同时执行多项任务
Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
3. 出色的沟通协调能力
Excellent communication and coordination skills
4. 能够独立完成任务，学习意愿强
Self-independent and have strong willingness to learn
5. 诚实、可信赖，责任心强
Honest and reliable, has strong sense of responsibility
6. 熟练使用办公室软件（特别是PPT, Word, Excel）
