职位描述：
Job Description:
1. New orders review and check
2. Order input and activation
3. Customs clearance
4. Customs & CIQ inspection
5. Goods delivery to final customers
6. Monitor all shipment receipts to be in accordance with purchase orders, ensure that reports are accurate and up to date.
7. Operate and maintain the order system
8. Regularly update the customer information and order information
9. Ensure work schedules and proper documentation are completed in a timely and accurate manner
10. To perform random and annual audit on parts to ensure stock integrity
11. Proper maintenance of warehouse, inventory and shipping documentation inclusive ensuring system tally in book to physical
12. Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments, returns and inventory
13. Providing reports to management on inventory and freight spending
14. Work closely with internal and agency departments to ensure timely receipt and release of shipment

Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in logistics and customs clearance field
2. College degree in logistics or international trade majors are preferred
3. Strong attention to details, diligent, willing to learn and work hard under pressure
4. Proficient written and spoken English
5. Familiar with Microsoft office software, especially Excel
