职位描述：
Main purpose of the job:
? Identify Counterfeit products and sellers (physical products and APPs)
? Manage IP registrations with lawyers
? Take legal actions against IP infringing parties
? Communicate with Asmodee subsidiaries and partners/publishers
? Liaise with Police and Customs authorities in China and overseas
? Report to management about IP protection status and current initiatives
? Certification of products

Skills & Requirements:
? Fluent in Chinese and English, French is a plus
? Proficient with Office suite
? Very organized and independent
? 3-5 years’ experience in intellectual property law and protection

Main responsibilities:
I. IP Registration
? Work with product department and game publishers to identify which IP to protect in which territory
? Work with relevant lawyer/agent to register IPs
? Report on status on monthly basis
? Register products with local Customs authorities

II. Infringement detection
? Check e-commerce platforms in China and overseas to find counterfeit products
? Check APP stores in China to find infringing mobile APPs
? Liaise with partners and publishers to list possible infringements on their products or in their markets

III. Legal action
? Use ecommerce platforms back-office to close down infringing shops
? Liaise with lawyers and partners to take legal action when required
? Coordinate with Police and Customs authorities to act against producers and distributors of infringing products

IV. Certification
? Check certification requirements of products for sale in Chinese market
? Test products and get certificates when required

Key Metrics:
? Number of registrations of IP with international system and Customs authorities
? Number of shops/products removed from marketplaces 举报 分享
