Objective Summary
Being part of the project team for a mixed-use project in Shanghai and responsible for structural design, project and site management
作为上海一个综合发展项目甲方的项目经理，负责结构设计、项目及现场管理事宜。

Tasks

1.Assisting supervisor to overview project operations, planning and site coordination work?
协助上级监控项目执行，规划及现场协调工作。
2.Responsible for structural design and general project coordination from feasibility studies to construction works;
负责从可行性研究至施工之间的结构设计及日常项目协调工作。
3. Developing and implementing design planning timetables for designers, consultants and suppliers to take projects through the whole project cycle;
在项目全周期，与设计师，顾问及供应商，订定及落实设计规划时间表。
4. Assisting in leading structural design consultants and construction contractors to ensure that programme and budget requirement are met;
协助引导结构设计顾问及施工单位保证工期及成本控制达标。
5. Ensuring that project requirements are incorporated effectively into detailed design cost, works contract drawings and specifications;
保证项目要求能通过详细的预算、施工图及技术规范有效的实现。
6. Proactively identifying design and construction interface problems, investigating alternatives with consultants and contractors and liaising with project stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
主动发现设计及施工界面上问题，与设计顾问及承包研究代替方案寄及提高最有效的解决方案。

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification in Structural Engineering or other related disciplines;
结构工程本科及其他相似及相关专业。
2. Relevant professional qualification preferred?
相关专业资格优先。
3. 8+ years relevant experience of mixed-use construction projects in China, fully involvement from design stage to construction stage is highly preferable;
8年以上相关国内综合发展项目经验，从设计阶段至施工期全过程参与者优先。
4. Experience in management of civil / building design, planning, construction and site
supervisory works;
对基建、楼宇设计，规划、施工及现场管理有经验。
5. Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, stable and willing to work under pressure?
良好个人沟通能力、成熟、自觉、稳定及愿意在压力下工作。
6. Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
