职位描述：
The DGM & Director of Finance contributes to the overall success of one key Business Unites by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization.
作为核心事业部的领导班子成员（副总经理），分管财务工作，负责BU的日常财务管理工作。

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The DGM & Director of Finance performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
BU副总经理兼财务总监的主要岗位职责如下：
1. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
支持业务发展，向管理层和业务部门提供全面、及时、准确的财务分析报告，站在财务角度给出管理建议。
2. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. Ultimate responsibility for financial control & reporting on a day to day basis, review and report on monthly accounts & variances.
确保财务制度、政策、流程符合国家法律法规和内部管控要求，并对财务数据和报告的准确性负责。
3. Supporting the business Teams in product costing and margin analysis, as required.
深入业务，提供成本控制、利润提升等财务优化建议并落地执行。
4. Working with the Group Board in formulating strategy and long term plans.
落实集团财务战略和管理制度，确定事业部的长期财务规划。
5. Line management responsibility for financial team.
对财务预算、成本管理、费用控制、现金流量进行有成效的管控，培养和提升财务团队的素质和能力。

Qualifications 任职资格
1. University degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration, Master degree will be a plus.
全日制大学本科以上学历，财务或会计专业毕业，MBA/EMBA/CPA优先考虑。
2. Possess 10 to 15 years of progressive financial responsibility.
十年以上财务管理经验，需三年以上同等职位任职经历。
3. Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
卓越的沟通协调能力，态度积极，善于跟不同类型的部门、人员交流协作。
4. Focus on Client Needs: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameters.
