BISO-Cybersecurity and Regulatory Compliance Support
Job Descriptions:
1. Support country BISO to coordinate business stakeholders to conduct the impact analysis of national cyber security law and related national IS standards; develop and implement related IS programs following cybersecurity law and related regulatory requirements.
2. Undertake and coordinate regular and/or ad hoc IS related regulatory gap analysis; Understand regulatory requirement, identify the gaps and provide support to fulfil regulatory requirements and regulatory reporting activities.
3. Support regulatory and internal audits & compliance reviews and ensure the issues identified are tracked and resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
4. Effectively communicates with users, peers and management in IS related matters / audits / regulatory requirements / policies, etc.
5. Support country BISO to liaise with both internal and external resources (onshore and offshore) to ensure successful delivery of data protection management program in country in line with strategy, business expectations and regulatory requirements.
6. Follow the corporate Management Control Assessment process to implement IS controls evaluations within business units.
7. Support country BISO to prepare presentations and reporting to Local ITMC, Risk Committee and BRCC.
8. Complete other ad hoc taskforces assigned from country BISO
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable; solid Technology background, Information Security and project management background.
? CISSP, CISA, CISM Certification or equivalent security certificate preferred.
? 5-10 years of Information Security, Technology Risk management and Audit experience.
? Solid experience in system architecture, infrastructure security, application security and technology risk. Knowledge of latest new technology (for example mobile security, clouding etc) is highly preferred.
? Ability to analyse complex issues and present findings and potential solutions in plain-English to various levels of management
? Experience in security-related project development and skills with ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment. Capability of managing cross function projects is expected.
? Strong knowledge of key issues regarding IT Security and Information Risk Management (Data Security, Endpoint Security, Record Retention, Data Privacy etc).
? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
? Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
? Self-motivated and Reliable team player who can work under pressure.
