职位描述：
主要工作职责：

? Observe in the English classrooms at the beginning of a semester or an academic year to identify students who are in need of extra support.
? Collaborate with the cohort English teachers in the identification of at-risk students’ needs, and put them in groups (up to 6 students in each group).
? Organise appropriate lesson times and materials e.g. pull out the target students from once a week to five times a week, every time 20 to 80mins, for a duration of a pre-determined period of time.
? Collaborate with the cohort English teachers to align instruction.
? Set teaching plans and design teaching contents for different groups
? Develop and maintain fair and respectful learning environments for students
? Encourage students to interact and work co-operatively with others and engage all students in activities
? Communicate with parents about student performance and recommend ways families can support student at home if necessary.
? Provide timely feedback to and keep close cooperation with school’s leadership team to ensure students receive effective learning support

职位要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历；教育或相关专业；
2 .3年以上教学经验，具有国际学校或海外教学经验者优先；
3. 教师资格证；
4. 精通英语；
