PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1 Responsible for all Business IT needs and be the IT Business partner for China markets
2 Leads large scale or complex business systems and application upgrades, enhancement development and installations.
3 Develops, reviews and approves complex project plans, user acceptance test plans, and communication plans for knowledge transfer to end-user.
4 Evaluates user requirements for one or more specialized business applications and translates those needs into defined user assessment plans or specifications used in determining end-user business or technical needs.
5 Defines cost and time estimates for implementation/development projects.
6 Develops project plans, user acceptance test plans, and communication plans for knowledge transfer to end-user.
7 Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
8 Monitors and provides direction to lower level team members.
9 Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
10 Serves as the subject matter expert and consulting resource for a functional area.
11 Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, and may include any project size, multiple applications, multiple I/T segments, contractors, global rollout, new technologies, new architectures.
12 Works on the most complex applications and business problems that have the greatest impact on business operations.

EXPERIENCE
1 Minimum Degree in an IT Management or Information Systems related portfolio
2 At least 12+ years IT experience, some of which in a Lead capacity.
3 ERP knowledge essential. 8 - 9 years solid ERP experience focusing on one or more of the key business areas. SAP experience would be an advantage.
4 Advanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills.
5 General knowledge of IT Infrastructure including PC, Telecoms and Networks
6 Able to work independently. Self-driven, initiative, team player and strong sense of responsibility.
7 Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to specification.
8 General exposure to commercial systems, ideally in a consumer goods industry.
9 Experience in the management of external vendors.
10 English proficiency required.
