R & R:
-.Managing and leading supplier’s new program part development progress in according to customer &
relevant team’s internal program development schedule
-.Detect potential supplier process risk or Engineering feasibility issue in advance and escalate & resolve
In order to void any delay of program schedule or estimated quality concern for smooth SOP launch.
-.Lead planning assessment schedule and conduct assessment, summary opinion & comment as new
potential supplier assessment results with score in dedicated format
-.Leading Non preferred or worst performance supplier process level-up program including issue finding
& set-up improving plans with long & short-term strategy.
-.Consolidating supplier quality performance & developing status reporting according to HQ’s
Requirement and relevant function team
-.Supporting EU/Global program with china local sourced part development & PPAP approval process
with direct Communication with EU team
Qualification and Preferred Competencies:
-. Communication skill in English
-. At least, 5~7years experience as SQE or SDE in automotive climate control or relevant area
-. Should be familiar with APQP process and PPAP Documentation
-. Preferred machining or electric business area experience with global player (VALEO, Delphi, Behr )
Need to show proper evidence of work experience and achievement
-. Stable work experience in current or previous job
