职位描述：
1. 每日负责访客接待，电话接听工作
2. 负责机票酒店的预定，收发邮件
3. 会议室预定及安排，并更新公示预定信息
4. 前台备用金管理，为买手预定午餐以及办公日常采购
5. 每月考勤报表制作，办公能耗报表，更新电话表
6. 为公司业务部门提供必要的办公设施及其他后勤支持
7. 每月底核对账单，报销至财务
8. 协助人事经理安排的其它事宜

基本要求：
1.全日制大专及以上学历，英文四级
2.有外资前台工作经验或客户服务工作经验优先
3.有较强的沟通能力，良好的客服意识
4.形象气质佳，简历请附照片
