Job description：
？ Assist Quality manager to establish and maintain the QMS documentation
？ Assist (or organize and lead) internal/external QMS or customer quality audit.
？ Assist quality manager to track/lead the continuous improvement activities
？ Be responsible for creating and optimizing quality inspection specifications/instructions
？ Be responsible for evaluating the goods inspection during production period according to the contract requirement and inspection report
？ Analyze NCR and follow up result
？ Analyze/identify potential quality issues and follow-up with concern department for corrective & preventive action
？ Prepare the quality documents according to the customer and company requirement.
？ Well prepare the quality document according to the contract requirement.
？ Follow the quality control point during production process and inform the related person to attend the inspection.
？ Close cooperate with SQE for supplier audit and the quality control point of purchaser parts and inform the related person to attend the inspection.
？ Support the quality manager of the customer inspection during the project period
？ Support the quality manager of customer claim handling
？ Use the quality equipment & tools correctly and properly
？ Conduct training of the workshop employee quality control during production process
？ Monitor and train the quality controller to use the quality equipment & tools correctly and properly
？ Conduct the training related to BCH QMS
？ Cooperate closely with all departments to achieve the company target
？ Finish other tasks relevant to this position

Requirements:
？ Bachelor Degree
？ Major: Mechanical Engineering or related major
？ Good written and spoken English
？ Familiar with metal material and heat-treatment principle, machining process and technology.
？ Familiar with material related standard e.g. ASTM , ASME, DIN GB, etc.
？ Familiar with ISO9001:2015 quality management system and processes.
？ Familiar with quality system, process control, 8-D, SPC control tool, etc
？ ISO9001:2015 or TS16949 auditor certification is preferred
？ Familiar with computer/office skills
？ About 3 years QMS experience in machinery industry
？ About 3 years related experience in quality control for metal parts, preferably in a foreign company,
？ Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills
？ Detail oriented and active working style
？ Ability to work independently and work under pressure
