职位描述：
Manage assigned commodities’ sourcing activity.
Support New Product Development (NPD) and supply chain operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Fully responsible for assigned commodities to achieve best value in competitive cost, improved reliability and improved service.
2 Sourcing potential suppliers, qualify suppliers with quality team, develop and manage suppliers to optimize the existing local supply base.
3 Identify & implement Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction opportunity, drive the PPV to be aligned with company’s cost expectation.
4 Lead and negotiate terms, conditions & prices of all Procurement Contract / Agreement with key suppliers; Ensure supplier compliance with the Contract / Agreement upon regular base review.
5 Generate periodic supplier’s performance review together with cross function team to drive supplier’s continuous improvement; Enhance the strategic relationship with suppliers.
6 Work closely with R&D team, get supplier’s early involvement to support NPD project needs.
7 Actively participate in NPD project management from sourcing perspectives, on time / on cost / on quality deliver result as project required
8 Ensure all sourcing data in SAP is correct.
9 Co-ordinate cross function team (R&D, planning, purchasing, quality and logistics) to develop efficient supply chain.
10 Other assignments as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1 Bachelor degree or above.
2 5+ years of sourcing experience in electronic appliance company.
3 Good mechanical commodity knowledge.
4 Good project management skills.
5 Familiar with manufacturing processes.
6 Familiar with OEM/ODM process.
7 Be good at data analysis.
8 Knowledge of quality system (TS14969, ISO9000...)
