职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
主要工作职责
- Guide the development and help release of Automotive Accessary digital product (H&W, AMD, See & Be Seen), that are either new or adaptation to Mobility business
- Responsible for the company's product function, performance, compatibility, automated testing, test specifications and test plans of quality.
- Supervise test team to implement the project test and/or development, including the project test progress tracking, defect communication repair, integration testing, regression testing, etc.
- Write related documentation on system requirement spec, PV&DV report, source code, etcetera. Make sure all documents are properly stored in databases.
- Enable quick visualization and prototyping in digital new territory, to support new concept generation in digitalization.
- Coordinate and guide the activities of local and partnership collaboration including development and verification.
- Train and coach supplier staff to avoid technical malfunctions, increase their capabilities, and effectiveness.
- Assist project leader to pursue and assure project delivery.

Job Requirements & Skills

1. Education学历
? Master / bachelor degree: Computer Science
2. Experience工作经验
? At least 3 years’ design experience in Computer Science for Master graduates
? Or at least 6 years’ design experience in bachelor graduates in Computer Science
3. Competency and Skills 能力和技能
? 3+ years’ experience in APP/Server development
? Experienced in IOS/Android coding and design (Objective-C, Swift, Java, H5);
? Experienced in back end server development (Java, Python, CSS, NodeJS )
? Solid foundation in software development fundamental: Data Structure, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented programming, Common algorithms etc.
? Familiar with Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos
? Fluent English and positive communication attitude, good presentation skill by English.
? Good team spirit in cooperation with colleagues from other departments
? Good at coordinating activity with external partners
? Very strong customer orientation
? Ownership (in attitude and in behavior)
