Position Title: VM Compliance Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Franchise Ops Director
 
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? To take overall management of compliance check of OVMS
 
Key Responsibilities: Franchise VM Management
 ? Assist Director to conduct VM compliance in support dimensions
 ? Ensure that correct VM principals/plan are used to enhance the commercial success of key products / key concepts with region team
 ? Consolidate the prioritized action plans and feedback from region on Initiatives and Support items
 ? Oversee the management and execution of VM support by reviewing reports and KPIs
 ? Assist Director to design guidelines for OVM management for the region Manage x- functional VM projects, including execution tracking and progress reporting
 
Key Relationships:
 ? Regional VM Training, CVMs, OVMs, etc.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
 ? Proven understanding and experience of visual merchandising principals

 ? Ability to lead and manage, develop and motivate internal and external project teams
 ? International work experience and ability to speak English is helpful
 ? Strong Creative Sense
 ? Team leader and player
 ? Open-mindedness
 ? Good organizational and interpersonal skills
 ? Minimum 8 years VM experience with a high class consumer goods or retail brand
 ? Good understanding of retail business
 ? Sports brand background were be prefer
 ? VM training background were be prefer
 ? Strong English skills
