Job description
Primary Role
Act as a HR Manager for supporting departments, line management and HRBP professionally on HR processes, thereby executing the people strategy in businesses.
Responsibilities
?Lead & act as HR Manager for the new plant
?Ability to guide and coach manager on any HR related matters
?Assist and guide in term of business planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the following human resource functions: employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, organizational development, affirmative action, HRMS, training, and health services to the respectvie business in-charge
?Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction.
?Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
?Works on integration of Lumileds HR programs for the company.
?Provides any HR supports and advises to all field personnel
?Responsible for maintaining HR related budgets, company attrition rate and competitiveness adherence for company and legal HR standards, transparency and correctness of all HR related data, Employment Engagement Survey and hiring Turn-Around-Time to the respective business unit in-charge
?Ability to work with COE in term of hiring, development, compensation for continues improvement and career development.
Qualification
?Bachelor or above degree, major in human resources management is preferred
?At least 10 years HR solid experience in a multinational company
?Familiar with labor Law and labor contract law
?Self-motivated and dynamic with strong influencing skills
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
?Strong sense of confidentiality and high integrity
?Good team player, be able to work under pressure
?Proven trackrecord in driving HR-efficiency and continuous improvement
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
?Must be able to prioritize and have good time management skill.
