职位描述：
1. 组建销售团队，负责公司进口纺织原料市场销售（天津/河北/山东/安徽/江苏市场）及渠道管理，领导部门人员完成年度市场拓展及销售计划
2. 分析国内纺织原料市场动态及行业走向，及时掌握国内纺织市场行情，建立并维护稳定的国内销售网络
3. 跟踪业务及合同执行情况，并监督收付款进展，协同财务部门做好应收应付款管理，提高资金流转率
4. 对部门所属人员日常工作进行管理及考核，提高业务人员销售能力及职业素养，培养员工敬业精神及高度责任心
5. 对部门业务发展方向做有效分析决策，协助领导完成公司日常管理及业务拓展计划，提出建设性意见并负责落实执行
6. 对部门所属人员定期进行岗位培训及业务培训，并配合人事部门完成绩效考核评定

岗位要求
1. 纺织类/销售类/经贸类专业大学专科及以上学历
2. 五年以上进口纱线（棉/化纤/混纺）/布料中国市场业务经验及销售管理经验
3. 熟悉中国纺织企业原料采购业务（具备成熟客户资源优先）
4. 具备优秀业务洽谈能力及市场开拓经验，熟悉市场行情及需求
5. 具备业务团队管理经验及执行力，工作严谨认真，适应出差
6. 组织实施市场营销活动的能力，熟练使用办公软件，思路清晰
7. 具备销售数据分析的能力，工作热情，有责任心（***优先）

薪资待遇（年收入RMB30-40万）
岗位工资（基本工资+保密津贴）+岗位津贴+业绩分红
试用期：3个月

  Shanghai Greentour Business Service Co Ltd as the brand new textile raw material supplier, with the China sales center located in Shanghai Shibei High-tech development zone and oversea textile raw material production unit by latest modern equipment based in Singburi, Thailand.

  We will, as always, committed to the high-quality yarn & fabric production and sales, import and export textile commodity distribution, logistics & warehouse service, as well as the supply-chain management of textile raw materials in frontier textile technology based in China market.

  Our major production line including Open End Spinning from Ne5s to Ne21s with the fiber of 100% rayon & contamination free nature cotton from USA and west Africa, Ring Spinning from Ne8s to Ne40s carded & combed with the fiber of 100% rayon & contamination free nature cotton from Australia and USA, Vortex Spinning from Ne16s to Ne60s for 100% poly, 100% rayon, 100% acrylic as well as T/R and rayon mélange yarn with various blends ratio for the application of durable & multi-functional knitting and weaving fabrics. Besides that, our products also covered grey & dying fabric export by providing the customer-made design and various yarn materials required by the clients.

  From 2017 we have continuously set up China distribution warehouse of raw materials in Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao and Wuhan city by providing the port stock goods including OE yarn, Ring yarn & Core Spun yarn as well as the grey fabric products, meanwhile we also established strategic business partnership with mass China domestic textile mills by providing the stable procurement management service for which the monthly sales reached 35 million RMB and sales volumn touched 2000 metric tons for various kind of yarn & fabric products.
