The Marcom Manager is responsible for development and implementation of integrated strategies for 吉嘉广场 K-Plaza marketing, advertising, promotion and publicity. The Manager is required to drive the continuous improvement of overall trafic and global sales performance of the mall.

2.8年以上商场企划或广告公司营销经验,有国内大中型购物中心及百货公司优先。
3.专业知识:国内购物中心及百货公司营销相关;
4.业务了解范围:熟悉国内购物中心及百货公司营销相关业务。
职责范围:
1. Develop and implement integrated strategies to sustain and enhance the positioning of the mall in tangent with the directions of the Centre Manager, this refers but not limited to: - Sustain and grow the traffic visiting the mall - Drive higher sales and higher conversion rate - Enhance shopper experience - Create commercial and social value with stake-holders through partnership - Maximise other revenue opportunities - Create signature event for the mall - Promote service quality and service culture in the mall
2. Work with Centre Manager, Leasing and Marcom team on overall mall performance and mall traffic analysis and identify trends and area of improvement through data analysis.
3. Develop and maintain market intelligent database for updated market information and trends.
4. Develop and monitor annual and quarter plan and budget.
5. Develop operating strategies for the mall's CRM and royalty programme
6. Establish and update Marcom related operatin procedures.
7. Maximise other income potential through the rental of advertising space and atrium area, organising activities, vending programme, etc.
8. Work with tenants on A&P programme collaboration
9. Manager the shoppers' feedback system and provide relevant analysis with an attempt to improve the hardware and software of the mall in responding to shoppers' requests.
10. Manage media relation and cultivate opportunities for media exposure.
11. Manage relevant authority/local government relation and cultivate opportunities for collaboration or support.
12. Develop alliance with strategic partners for events, promotions and sponsorship.
13. Manager the day-to-day operations of Customer Service Counter and the staff team.
14. Manage and monitor the A&P inventories from design, production, usage and storage.
15. Act as the guardian for the mall's VI and corporate CI to ensure proper implementation.
16. To lead and manager the marcom and Customer Service team.
17. Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
