Responsibilites:
1.) Excellent English Skill (Reading / Writing / Conversation / Listening)…
With US Market Background is MUST. Able to direct contact / communicate with US
PD Team frequently.
2.) Good communication skill who are able to coordinate vertically /
horizontally within the team. With Good English presentation skill
3.) Over 10+ years Program Development managing experience (Specially focus
on Swim Suit / VC Inflatable Goods / Sporting Goods..…etc Industry would be a
plus)
4.) With 10+ years experience team leading or managing skill and able to
lead team achieving set goal & fully support US PD team for program
development.
5.) Excellent Supplier Management / procurement ability. With Good knowledge
of USA Market product Standard, Factory Audit…etc.
6.) Excellent Price Negotiation skill, With good knowledge of material
market and product cost structure.
7.) With Mature, Outgoing, proactive personality, willing to help others.
