1. 岗位:行政助理
办公地点:上海静安区
汇报对象:公司经理
2. 岗位职责
主要负责办公室日常行政工作和财务工作。
1. 及时、准确接听/转接电话,如需要,记录留言并及时转达;接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员;
2. 负责员工考勤管理和纪律监察.
3. 收发公司快递、报刊、传真等,并做好登记管理以及转递工作;
4. 负责公司环境维护,保证设备安全及正常运转(包括复印机、空调、服务器、电脑等);
5. 管理办公用品采购、入库及发放登记
6. 公司的证照办理、合同归档;
7. 财务工作(银行、税务、外汇、水电煤电话费用)以及登记办公室的费用报表;检查及登记出差费用报告;与银行联系;年度税务
审计材料的准备,财务报告,…等
8. 负责协调、经办与办公场所物业管理的相关事务,以及相关费用的报销审核工作。
9. 上级交办的其他事宜。
任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历,具有英语听、说、写能力;
2.熟练使用OFFICE及相关办公软件;
3.一年以上同岗位工作经验。
4.责任心强,工作认真严谨,有良好的纪律性及团队合作精神,有较强的人际沟通与协调能力。
1 Administration Assistant
Corporate Unit: Shanghai Office
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Office manager
2 General Description
? Responsible for the daily operation of office administrative procedures and finance controller.
3 Specific Accountabilities
1. Receive and transfer telephone calls in time and accurately. If necessary, take notes and send them in time. Receive visitors and
inform the visitors in a timely and accurate manner;
2. Be responsible for attendance management and discipline monitoring
3. Send express, newspapers, fax etc. and completes the registration management and transfer work.
4. Responsible for the company's environmental maintenance, ensure equipment safety and normal operation (including copiers, air
conditioning, server, computers, etc.)
5. Manage office supplies purchasing, warehousing and distribution registration
6. The company's certificate processing, contract filing
7. Financial (banking, taxation, foreign exchange, water coal phone costs) and the registration office expense report; check and
registration expenses report; contact with the bank; the annual tax audit preparation, financial report,... etc.
8. Responsible for coordination, handling and office property management related matters, and related expenses reimbursement
audit work.
9. Other matters assigned by the manager.
4 Skills Required
? Good command of both oral and written English
? Proficiency in MS office: word, excel, PPT etc
? Finance major is preferred.
5 Experience and Qualifications
? Associate degree or above
? Minimum 1 years’ working experience in administrative function in multinational companies
? Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded and rigorous work, good discipline and team work spirit, strong interpersonal
communication and coordination skills.
