Location: HZ xiaoshan, Jiang Shu Jurong or Taizhou

Responsibility of PD specialist:

1.Evaluate Development Orders (DO) and identify missing information and ensure detailed sample specification and extrusion spec/sample +cushion weight are well documented;
2.Communicate with appropriate team members to gather information working in tandem with factory and BJ merchandisers;
3.Insure accuracy of details from the start of prototype to finished prototype;
4.Work closely with factory sample builders to insure details are being met and catch mistakes before samples are complete;
5.Confirm weaves, fabric, finish, cushions styles, material selections, piece count, and due dates are understood and met by all parties at all times and well documented;
6.Have complete understanding and provide information pertaining to development orders and prototypes. Including historical information surrounding a given prototype;
7. Communicate between other PD specialist to help maintain accurate product specifications between factories;
8. Communicate with merchandisers to coordinate logistics of samples when needed;
9. Insure minimum quality standards are met for all prototypes; 10.Report to team leader on daily basis or at required time frame;

Position requirements:

1. Dipoloma degree above; At least 1 year of outdoor furniture background;
2. Well organized and details oriented;
3. Open and straight communication style;
4. Be able to call on to give accurate feedback regarding sample details and status;
5. Be able to write email in English and fluently oral English will be a plus;
6. Reliable and trustworthy partner to the company and the management;
7. Factory based at HZ xiaoshan, Jiang Shu Jurong or Taizhou;
